Terms of Service

Last updated: July 29, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of APISpace websites, dashboards, APIs, credits, and related services. By using APISpace, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be able to form a binding agreement and comply with applicable laws to use APISpace. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including charges, requests, content submitted through API calls, and actions taken by users or systems that access APISpace with your credentials.

Use of Services

APISpace provides access to AI models, API routing, usage dashboards, billing tools, and related infrastructure. You may use the services only in accordance with these terms, documentation, and applicable laws.

You are responsible for evaluating model outputs before relying on them. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended use.

Acceptable Use

You may not use APISpace to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, abuse rate limits, interfere with service operations, or generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content.

We may suspend, throttle, or terminate access if we believe your use creates risk for APISpace, other users, providers, or the public.

Customer Content

You retain rights to content you submit to APISpace. You grant APISpace the rights needed to process that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the services.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions required to submit content to APISpace and to use any output generated through the services.

Payments, Credits, and Billing

Paid services may require prepaid credits, usage-based charges, subscription fees, or other payment arrangements shown at checkout or in the dashboard.

You authorize APISpace and its payment processors to charge applicable fees, taxes, and other amounts. Credits may expire, be limited by plan, or be subject to separate promotional rules shown when issued.

Third-Party Services

APISpace may route requests to third-party model providers, infrastructure providers, and payment processors. Those providers may have their own terms, policies, limitations, and availability constraints.

We are not responsible for third-party products or services except as expressly required by applicable law.

Service Changes and Availability

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, models, prices, limits, routes, or integrations at any time. We work to provide reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimers

APISpace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, APISpace will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of APISpace after changes become effective means you accept the revised terms.
